The construction of a green hydrogen plant, solar PV and wind power project in Morocco is to be undertaken through a joint venture by a Chinese, Saudi and local enterprise. This entails a production plant with an annual output of 1.4 million tons of green ammonia (about 320,000 tons of green hydrogen), as well as the construction of supporting 2GW solar photovoltaic and 4GW wind power projects.
