The GIFTY Nifty futures were trading in the green during the early hours before the opening of the markets on Monday. Domestic Indices are expected to open on a similar flat-to-positive range.

The benchmark equity indices, NSE Nifty 50 and S&P BSE Sensex, extended their winning streak for the sixth day on September 8. The Sensex ended Friday’s trade at 66,598.91 points, gaining nearly 333.35 points or 0.5%, while the Nifty added 0.47% or 92.9 points to close at 19,819.95.

Here are some stocks to watch on September 11.

Adani Enterprises: Adani Global Pte Ltd, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has signed a 50-50 Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with Singapore-based Kowa Holdings Asia for the sales and marketing of green ammonia, green hydrogen and related products produced and supplied by Adani Group.

IRB Infrastructure Developers: The total collection for the company and its subsidiaries in August 2023 increased 24.2% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 417.21 crore from Rs 33599 crore last year. IRB’s wholly-owned subsidiaries managed an aggregate increase in toll revenue of 20%, while its joint venture entities clocked a growth of 28%.

Reliance (RIL): The Mukesh Ambani-led conglomerate has entered into a partnership with US technology giant NVIDIA to build AI supercomputers that are more powerful than the fastest supercomputer in India today. Additionally, RIL has deferred the timeline for its giga-scale battery factory by two years to 2026.

Shyam Metalics and Energy: The company’s promoters will sell 1.3 crore shares, accounting for a 5.11% stake through an Offer for Sale (OFS) at a floor price fixed at Rs 414 per share. The OFS will open on September 11 for non-retail investors and September 12 for retail investors.

SJVN: The company’s wholly owned subsidiary SJVN Green Energy Ltd has signed a purchase power agreement (PPA) with Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) for an 18 MW solar power project in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. The project is schedued to be commissioned by August 2024.
